League Treasurer (Why This Matters)

After several years of dedicated service, Temple Gossett is moving on from the role as Treasurer. She has provided excellent service for many years, but it is time for a new person to jump in and help!


This role keeps the league healthy, trusted, and focused on the kids and the game.

You’ll make sure the money side is calm, clear, and taken care of so coaches can coach, umpires can ump, and families can just show up and play.

At a high level, you’ll:

• Keep a clean, straightforward picture of league finances.

• Ensure people and partners are paid accurately and on time.

• Help close out each season and year responsibly.

• Give the board confidence that everything is running smoothly.

Who this is perfect for

• Someone organized who likes things to “just work.”

• Comfortable with basic spreadsheets and everyday payment tools (Venmo, online banking).

• A parent or community member who wants to help, without a huge time commitment.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and okay being the quiet hero behind the scenes.

Time commitment: Light most of the year, with a little extra activity during the start and end of the seasons. Very manageable, very appreciated.
